Worthington Manor is a one-story building facilitating easy access to all public and residential rooms. Hallways feature handrails to encourage independence and safety.

Worthington Manor conforms to all State and Federal laws regulating health, safety and accessibility. We have smoke detection, fire alarm and sprinkler systems installed throughout the building.

Our staff is required to attend regular training sessions on fire safety and prevention evacuation procedures.  Worthington Manor’s is equipped with an electronic monitoring system for Residents who are at risk of wondering.

As an added precaution Worthington Manor offers Project Life Saver through the Wood County Sheriff's Department for those Residents at risk of elopement.
