About Us

Worthington Manor is a skilled nursing facility offering 24-hour professional nursing services. We provide the highest level of medical care outside a hospital. For residents who require less medical attention, we also qualify as an intermediate care facility. Worthington Manor is certified to provide skilled and intermediate care for up to 105 residents in private, semi-private and suite accommodations.

Founded in 1972, we are locally owned and operated and maintain affiliations with the West Virginia Health Care Association and the American Health Care Association. These professional organizations inform us of new legislation and improvements in resident care, services and administrative procedures.

We are licensed through the State of West Virginia and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a provider of skilled nursing and intermediate care services. In addition, our staff holds licenses issued by the State of West Virginia, which are subject to annual renewals. In depth credential and record checks are conducted on each employee to assure the quality of care and safety of our residents.
